3. AI Data Processing

When you enable AI features, your task data is sent to third-party language model providers for processing. AI features are opt-in and can be disabled at any time in your settings. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. Sensitive credentials (such as third-party OAuth tokens) are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

We integrate with the following third-party services:

• Google Tasks / Google Calendar — for optional sync (requires your explicit authorization)
• Apple / Google / Paddle — for subscription payment processing
• AI language model providers — for optional AI features

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Deleted tasks are soft-deleted and permanently removed after 30 days. You can request full account deletion at any time.
